Thank you for choosing B.YOU. We are committed to delivering your stationery with the same care and intentionality you put into your work. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Processing Times

  • Standard Items: Orders for non-customized products (diaries, to-do lists, etc.) are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Personalized & Bespoke Items: For custom name cards and personalized stationery, please allow 7–10 business days for design, printing, and quality checks before your order is shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across the country. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, domestic orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your proximity to our distribution center.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your desk.

 

Packaging

To ensure your journals and cards arrive in pristine condition, we use protective, high-quality packaging designed to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit. We prioritize recyclable materials to keep our footprint as light as the paper we produce.

 

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at byou.hello@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, we are unable to redirect it.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your stationery arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will prioritize a replacement to ensure your creative flow remains uninterrupted.

Return Policy

At B.YOU, we stand behind the quality of our stationery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is how we can help:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for any defective or incorrectly shipped products.

  • Standard Returns: Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer).

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on personalized stationery (custom name cards), used items, or sale products.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
